The Deep Dive

You’ve been struggling with one specific goal, you’ve spent countless hours and thousands of dollars on self-help books, therapy, and nothing has worked.

You’re ready for immediate and lasting results…and you’ve just about given up! This Deep dive is a Half-day Intensive Coaching Session where Jennifer will present to you a path to Rapid Transformation.

Jennifer creates a peaceful, meditative, and undisturbed experience that allows you to go inward and connect with parts of yourself previously uncovered. The Deep Dive is best for those clients who wish to focus on one main challenge or struggle; in this session we’ll get to the root, quickly and begin to dive deep into this inner work.

Session includes a workbook, journal assignments, personalized guided mantras and meditations, visualizations, and breathwork and vital tools to continue with on a regular basis. You’ll leave this session feeling light, clear and motivated to continue on your journey to further transformation.

Intro Package
(3 months)

You’re overwhelmed with many roles in life – mother, wife, daughter, professional you’re juggling dozens of responsibilities. You’ve let “life” take over before you realize you have no time for yourself.

The Reset is a Self-paced Coaching Program that delivers gradual results over a 90-day period. This program suits those that need more support on a weekly basis in order to keep focused on their health and wellness goals. We’ll uncover your top challenges that will require the most attention. Each week Jennifer will work with you to help you take this important time for yourself and co-develop self-care rituals.

With Jennifer’s support, she will encourage long-lasting change of habits to create healthy rituals and lasting change. Jennifer will provide you with the basic tools to create self-care rituals including weekly self-observations and support. This program will leave you feeling that your self care is not a privilege or pampering, but a necessity in emotional and physical well-being.

Coaching Type: 1 session every other week for 12 weeks (Inquire for pricing)

Intensive Package
(3 months)

You’ve tried it all and nothing has worked. You want to work with a coach who offers consistent, ongoing support. And you’re someone who has also had challenges with self-guided programs. This program is a weekly 3-month coaching program 1-on-1 with Jennifer. Make this long-term commitment to yourself and you’ll see immediate results and lasting shifts over time.

This program will incorporate suggested modalities that are completely customized to you, including: yoga, meditation, breathwork, essential oils, general nutrition suggestions focusing on food as medicine. In this time frame, we’ll completely re-pattern your mindset to uncover a true paradigm shift where you will feel more beautiful, radiant, healthy, calm, and peaceful from the inside and out.

Coaching Type: 3 months 1:1 Coaching Agreement with Jennifer (1 session/week for 12 weeks)
